Shipping Policy
We work with several courier companies, but FastWay is our preferred partner thanks to their reliability and excellent service. Occasionally, we may use one of our other couriers, but in most cases you can expect delivery from your friendly local FastWay driver.
Delivery Time
Orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days.
Deliveries to outlying areas may take slightly longer.
If there is ever a delay due to stock or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you immediately.
If an item is out of stock, we will reach out by phone so you can choose a replacement or receive a refund. If we are unable to reach you after two consecutive days, we will replace the item with a similar product (if available). If no similar item exists, we will ship the rest of your order and refund the out-of-stock item.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been packed and processed, the shipping details are uploaded to our system. As soon as the parcel is scanned in at the courier depot, you will receive a notification with your tracking number.
We also send email updates when your order is out for delivery or if any issues arise. This helps you contact the courier directly if needed.
